Adam Chandler talks about the MLM TEAM

What a great reminder that we are not alone in this business…

“One of the reasons I absolutely love the network marketing industry is the sense of community I’ve seen and felt. When you get started in a home business it can be extremely lonely. In many cases not only will your friends and family offer little encouragement, they will actually tell you to “stop chasing rainbows,” or that “those types of things never work out.”

That is why it is vital to find other people in the industry who are in the trenches, doing the work, in order to mastermind with and bounce ideas off of. It’s a good idea to find people promoting the same business or marketing system you are.  These are people other than your sponsor who you have no financial connection to.”  Adam Chandler

The Magnetic Sponsoring Team – To “Fake It” Or Not To Fake It… (That Is The Question…)

This is such a nugget.  Just starting out we feel the need to “fake it” to attract new recruits.  But what a bummer to fake it.  Instead, these wise words from Magnetic Sponsoring pave a different (and in my humble opinion, much superior) path….

“I was going to call today’s rant: “Fake It Till You Flake It”

Because, I don’t know about you, but the whole “fake it till you make it” philosophy  has always been kind of a “sore spot” for me.

They say you NEED to “fake it till you make it” if you’re not there yet…

But, I beg to differ.

You see, I don’t believe in the whole “fake it till you make it” schluck… nor do I find it to be  particularly magnetic or attractive in any way…

Because there’s no need to “fake it” when you can become it…

Here’s what I mean:

They say that the average reader reads less than seven books a year.

That the average person reads less than one book a year…

So take a moment to mull that over…

What does that mean for the leader who reads seven books a month about a single specialized skill, subject, or field of interest? What about the ones that fly through seven books a week? Or the speedy ones who devour more?

It means that person KNOWS more than almost anybody else he or she is likely to encounter about that one specialized skill…

It means that they are NOW an expert on that one skill….
(Whether or not they know how to apply that knowledge is a
topic for a whole other day!)
They have specialized knowledge….

Whether they are willing to accept that fact for themselves…

Or let their low self esteem get in the way…

The fact is, it doesn’t take much for any given person to be exceptional in one specialized skill and it takes next to no work to be above average in life…

Because the “average” person is just that: average…

That’s not meant in any bad way.

But the average leader is anything but average…

They are leaders…

They know things that nobody else does…

So they can do things that few others can…

They bring more to the table…

So they earn more…”

BRAVO

MLM – the last bastion left in the Free Enterprise System

“An MLM // Network Marketing Home Biz ==> is perhaps the last bastion left, in the Free Enterprise System, where someone – without a high education – without a famous bloodline – without a large capital investment – can truly become totally FINANCIALLY FREE
An MLM // Network Marketing Home Biz? ==> Where else can one find – wrapped up in ONE business – the opportunity for – leverage – residual income – self development – friendships – tax incentives – time freedom & financial independence – recognition – travel – leadership growth –  a sense of belonging – more fun – the chance for a better life – to name only a few?”  Thanks to Peter Arnold

Taking care of business…taking care of YOURSELF

I LOVE this, from Jonathan Budd….
“All of the sharpest, smartest, most successful
people in the world do 2 things very consistently.
#1. They work on THEMSELVES, their skillsets,
their life, their happiness… 10x more than they
work on their business. It comes from within.”
Amen. And in that spirit I took the day off yesterday (Thank you, Susan!), took a beautiful long hike, turned off my cell phone and computer, and spent a wonderful afternoon with Janet.  Yay.  xo Dyan
